Payments & Refunds

We accept secure payments via Interac e-Transfer and other payment methods indicated at checkout.
Full payment must be received before an order is processed or shipped.

Refunds:
Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

  • Order cancellation before shipping.

  • Items are out of stock and cannot be fulfilled.

  • Shipping errors caused by our team (wrong item sent).

If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 3–5 business days to your original payment method.
